Empowering Africa's next generation of entrepreneurs.

Practical business education, mentorship, and community for young Africans turning ideas into ventures that create jobs and strengthen communities.

What we do

Millions of young Africans aspire to build. Too few get the support to succeed.

IADEBAYO Foundation is a nonprofit committed to equipping young Africans with the entrepreneurial mindset, practical business education, mentorship, and community they need to build sustainable businesses and create lasting impact.

Africa is home to one of the world's youngest populations — an extraordinary opportunity and a pressing challenge. While millions of young Africans aspire to become entrepreneurs, many lack access to quality entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and the support systems needed to build sustainable businesses.

We exist to bridge this gap — turning ideas into thriving ventures that create jobs and strengthen communities.

The Real Measure of Scale Is Impact, Not Size

Revenue, headcount, visibility, attention — these tell us whether a business is growing, but not whether it matters. True scale is measured by how deeply the work improves outcomes for the people it serves.
